Formålet med behandling af personoplysningerne

For at kunne bruge app’en skal du oprette en brugerprofil med navn, e-mail og mobilnummer, så du kan identificeres som bruger. Når du bruger app’en anvendes din mobiltelefons lokationsdata for at kunne stille luftrumsdata til rådighed for dig i det område du befinder dig i, når du ønsker at flyve med en drone. GPS-positioner bliver ikke logget, og oplysningerne bruges ikke til andre formål.

Hvis du ønsker at gøre brug af tilsvarende drone-informationer i andre lande inden for EU kan du downloade lignende app’s til brug i andre EU-lande. Hvis det er app’s, som Unifly står bag, vil du kunne anvende din brugerprofil til disse app’s.

Videregivelse af personoplysninger

Dine oplysninger behandles af Unifly, som Naviair har indgået aftale med om udvikling og vedligeholdelse af app’en og dens funktioner. Unifly er beliggende i Belgien og dine oplysninger opbevares hos Unifly (https://my.unifly.aero/#/login). Naviair har stillet krav til Uniflys behandling af dine personoplysninger, herunder krav til sikker opbevaring, så du kan være sikker på, at de behandles i overensstemmelse med den persondatalovgivning der gælder inden for EU.

Vi videregiver ikke dine personoplysninger til andre.

Sletning/berigtigelse af personoplysninger

Enhver behandling af dine personoplysninger i ”Droneluftrum”-app’en er baseret på dit samtykke.

I app’en kan du til enhver tid ændre de personoplysninger, du har angivet da du oprettede din profil.

Hvis du ikke længere ønsker at være registreret bruger af app’en kan du til enhver tid bede om at få slettet din brugerprofil og dermed trække dit samtykke tilbage. Du bedes skrive til os på mailadressen drone@naviair.dk. Din tilbagetrækning påvirker dog ikke lovligheden af den behandling, som vi har foretaget, før du trak dit samtykke tilbage. Vi sletter alle dine oplysninger i vores system senest 14 dage efter at din anmodning om sletning er modtaget.

Ved download og/eller brug af Droneluftrum-app’en accepterer du, at vi gemmer dine oplysninger og anvender dem til ovennævnte formål.

Hvis du vil klage over vores behandling af dine personoplysninger, kan du i første omgang sende en mail til vores databeskyttelsesrådgiver, som vil vurdere din klage.

Vi håber, at du retter henvendelse til os først, så vi kan hjælpe dig, vurdere dine klage og opklare og rette op på eventuelle misforståelser.

Terms of use regarding personal data:

Purpose of processing of personal data

To use the “Droneluftrum” app, you must create a user profile with name, email and mobile number so that you can be identified as a user. When using the app, your mobile phone's location data is used to allow airspace data to be available to you in the area you are in when you want to fly with a drone. GPS positions are not logged, and the information is not used for other purposes.

If you wish to use similar drone information in other countries within the EU, you can download similar apps for use in other EU countries. If Unifly provides the app, you will be able to use your user profile for the app.

Disclosure of personal data

Your information is processed by the company Unifly on behalf of Naviair. Unifly is developing and maintaining the app and its features. Unifly is located in Belgium and your information is stored at Unifly. Naviair has required Unifly to process your personal data in a safe manner, including safe storage, so you can be sure that the personal data is processed in accordance with data protection regulation applicable in the EU.

We do not disclose your personal data to others.

Deletion / Correction of personal data

Any processing of your personal data in the "Droneluftrum" app is based on your consent.

In the app, you can at any time change the personal data you provided when you created your profile.

If you no longer wish to be a registered user of the app, you can request Naviair to delete your user profile at any time and withdraw your consent. Please write to us at the email address drone@naviair.dk. However, your withdrawal does not affect the legality of our use of the personal data before the withdrawing your consent. We will delete all your information in our system within 14 days of receiving your request for deletion.

By downloading and / or using the Droneluftrum app, you agree that we store your information and use them for the above purpose.

Complaints

If you would like to complain about our processing of your personal data, you can initially send an email to our data protection officer.

You may send an appeal to the Danish Data Protection Authority (DPA) “Datatilsynet”, Borgergade 28, 5., 1300 Copenhagen K, e-mail dt@datatilsynet.dk.
